Service for Billy Lay will be Wednesday January 4, 2023 @ 11:00 A.M. At Eberhart & Son Mortuary. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 - 6 P.M. at Eberhart & Son Mortuary. Burial will be at Barrow Memorial Gardens.
